The fast depleting fresh water supply and contaminated ground water have
made industries to come up with solutions that allow proper treatment of
water before it is used in the particular end usage application. The
presence of finely divided particles in feed water of RO system result in
serious problems and are too small to be retained through conventional
pretreatment systems as found in RO membranes. Hence, to counter the problem
we have introduced water and waste water treatment plants that are designed
and developed to effectively treat the water for SDI reduction and Colloidal
Silica removal besides the normal filtration activities as carried out by
the plants.
The Silt Density Index (SDI) treatment solution offered constraints fouling
of nano filtration (NF)/RO membranes and effectively removes these finely
suspended particles present in feed water to membranes. The ultra-filtration
technique utilized here in the treatment plants also ensures purified water
can be made available as source for boiler makeup water. Further, for
optimizing the performance of the water treatment systems, we offer the
plants in compact, skid-mounted finish to ensure minimum floor space
requirements. Here, we can also develop as per the customized system
requirements of the customers.
Some of the benefits provided by our systems include:
- Flexible, cost-effective designs with lower auxiliary equipment cost
- Faster installation
- Available in different capacities
- Production of high-quality water that is free from SDI and Colloidal
Silica
- UF membranes delivered in plants result in providing more effective
as well as reliable pretreatment procedure for industrial operations
from boiler makeup water
- Plants designed to deliver automated operations and require minimal
operator attention
- Minimal chemical use that results in less requirements to purchase of
chemicals
- Minimal waste production
- Providing optimum water quality for handling needs of high pressure
boiler operations
- Helping in maximizing boiler efficiency and reducing plant shutdowns
to a minimum
